This advanced program delves deeper into your personal journey. Using the foundation of self-awareness gained in the beginner program, you'll explore your life-journey from birth to present, deeply examining your patterns, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in detail. This deep understanding will help uncover the intricate patterns that define who you are.

'Full Immersion Retreat', at the end of the program.(we go on a retreat for 2-days).

Mindfulness Program
Find Calm and Clarity with the MBSR Program!

The MBSR program (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is an 8-week, experiential journey founded by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. It combines meditation practices, gentle yoga movements, and insights from neuroscience to help you connect with the present moment and manage stress effectively.
This secular program, rooted in ancient Buddhist mindfulness and meditation practices, is considered the gold standard for stress reduction in today's world.

8 weekly contact sessions: Each session lasts 2.5 hours and includes mindfulness education, interactive exercises, guided meditations, and gentle yoga movements.

Recordings for home practice: Receive recordings of the meditations to deepen your practice at home.

Comprehensive handbook: Get a lifetime reference manual with all the program content.

Retreat day: Participate in a 5-6 hour retreat day, either at the end of the program or just before the final session.
