Coping with the Challenges of YOUTH through Self Awareness

This program is targeted at people between ages 15-25 and focuses on addressing the following:

Who am I? Understanding the person born out of a unique combination of Nature & Nurture.

Gain insights into - “how you interact with the world, what do you do for fun, your perceptions about yourself & how these affect your plans for life”.

 

Developing life skills like goal setting, habit formation, time management & recognizing resources.

 

Understanding stress and how to cope with it through mindfulness and meditation techniques that will help build a strong support system to take you through the challenges of a youth’s life.
