Online Mindful Meditations

In March of 2020, the world changed. The whole planet had gone into a lockdown due to COVID. These were the  times of self isolation, social distancing and at least a couple of years of home office.

Due to the uncertainty of the situation and the sheer number of deaths around the world, all of us were stressed out and scared. I started seeing a certain pattern in my clients- a lot of them were showing signs of stress , anxiety, sleep-problems and so on.

meditation is a great way to relieve stress and find peace.

The CONNECTEDLIVING Community is a private Facebook group where I facilitate on-line Mindful Meditation sessions every day.

Whether you are a first-timer or are experienced in the art of mediation, this private community is a safe environment to either have your first experience or continue with your meditation practices.
