A Decade of Presence — CONNECTEDLIVING Moments
Tracing our journey of community, practice, and space in Cham from 2016 to today.
10th Anniversary Celebrations (May 2026)
On Mother’s Day, May 10, 2026, we gathered in our new studio in Cham to honor ten years of CONNECTEDLIVING. It was a day filled with quiet joy and spontaneous connection—families arrived with children in tow, and guests stopped by for a heartfelt toast before or after their own Mother's Day gatherings.
Adding to the energy, the global 'Wings for Life World Run' passed directly along our street, bringing over 3,000 runners through Cham. Cheering them on from our windows, it felt as though the entire community—and the universe itself—was joining in our celebration.
Experiential Moments Today
In 2025, CONNECTEDLIVING moved into a fresh new space in Cham.
Stepping inside, the atmosphere is instantly calm, spacious, and grounded. Moving beyond our original single-room space has allowed us to comfortably honor two distinct ways of working, ensuring every visitor feels held, unhurried, and at ease:
-
Spacious Group Practice: Ample room for MBSR courses, multi-week Self awareness Programs, mindful movement, and interactive workshops, allowing community energy to flow naturally without ever feeling crowded.
-
Quiet 1-on-1 Inquiry: A dedicated, comfortable space tailored for deep transformational coaching, art inquiry, and private reflection.

The Early Chapter: Cham Papieri (2016–2024)
CONNECTEDLIVING took root in the industrial heritage space of Cham Papieri in May 2016. It was a cozy studio defined by the rustic charm of high ceilings, old-world architecture, and the mild scent of paper still lingering from decades of raw paper operations. Large windows brought in natural light alongside an idyllic view of the Lorze river, swans, and the Chapel of St. Klara.
This became the anchor for building our foundations—a sanctuary for one-on-one personal coaching, workshops, creative art inquiry, retreats, and multi-week programs.
When global shifts and lockdowns arrived in 2020, our existing digital doors opened to gather a wider community. We held free online Mindful Pauses seven days a week for five consecutive months, gradually transitioning to four, three, and two weekly sessions through 2022 as life slowly reopened.
