FOUNDATIONS TO SELF-AWARENESS

This 10-week program is about finding the pieces that make up our "default settings." Most of the time, we move through the world using habits and ways of communicating that we have learnt or have been taught but don't even notice.
In this program, we take time to pull these 'not-noticed' pieces of us out and look at them—the ways we think and the ways we interact with others. By identifying these small parts, we begin to see how we have been navigating the world (our personal and professional) until now.
This deep observation and reflection builds the sturdy footing you need to stand firmly in your own life, before we begin the work of putting the whole picture together.
THE SESSIONS
Each 2-hour session is a deliberate bridge between two ways of knowing:
Part I: The Analytical Grounding
The first hour is focused on the mind and the science. We follow a structured curriculum exploring the psychological concepts and the neurobiology that explain our wiring. This provides the logical "manual" for understanding your default settings.

Part II: The Experiential Integration
The second hour is where the theory is translated into the body. This is an intentional response to the specific themes or emotions that surfaced during the first hour. Using mindfulness and intuitive art, we move into the "Right Brain" to process these insights in real-time. This ensures the science is not just learned intellectually, but is integrated into your actual way of being.
THE LOGISTICS
Duration: 10 weekly sessions (2 hours each).
This grounding program serves as the prerequisite for our 24-week immersive training.
Resources: You will receive a comprehensive handbook and guided meditation recordings to support your practice between sessions.
