Mindfulness and intuitive art are two powerful practices that can complement each other beautifully. By combining the meditative qualities of mindfulness with the expressive freedom of intuitive art, we can tap into a deeper level of creativity and self-awareness.

In this special workshop, we’ll begin by practicing simple mindfulness techniques to ground ourselves. From this centered state, we’ll embark on an intuitive art journey, using our emotions, thoughts, and ideas as inspiration. The safe and supportive atmosphere will encourage you to explore your inner world and express yourself creatively through art. Our goal is to connect with your deepest self and find your unique artistic voice.
