This day is designed to offer the same intentional depth and safety as our in-person retreats, reimagined to be from the sanctuary of your own home. Whether you are across the world or just around the corner, we gather in a shared silence that transcends the screen

OUR SHARED EXPEREINCES 

  • Mindful Body Scan & Gentle Movement: Reconnecting with physical sensations to release accumulated tension.

  • Guided Sitting Meditation: Practices to anchor the mind and observe the nature of mental chatter.

  • Noble Silence: The majority of our time is held in silence, turning your home into a temporary retreat environment for a deeper internal journey.

  • Group Reflection: An optional space at the conclusion of the day to share insights in a safe, held environment via our digital circle.

A SAFE CONTAINER

All practices are trauma-informed, ensuring a safe, choice-based, and grounded environment for every participant, regardless of where they are joining from.

LOGISTICS & REGISTRATION

This retreat provides the practical tools and the quiet environment needed to return to your world with greater clarity.

Time: 13:00 – 18:30 CET

Location: Online via Zoom (A sanctuary in your own home)

Investment: CHF110 (Includes pre-retreat guide and digital materials) ​​​

 

Upon registration, you will receive a preparation email with your Zoom link and essential details for your retreat day.
