A retreat day offers a much-needed respite from the hectic pace of life. It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and show ourselves some self-compassion.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Our retreat is designed to be accessible to all, regardless of your experience with mindfulness. Even beginner level participants are welcome. The day will include periods of guided silence, as well as opportunities for group reflection and sharing.
Needless to say, all practices through out the day will be trauma-informed and will ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Food: A simple, vegetarian Indian lunch will be provided, cooked on-site.
