Do you feel depleted, overwhelmed, or constantly running on autopilot? Our Mindful Pause Retreat Day offers a dedicated, much-needed respite—a chance to truly stop, reflect, and cultivate genuine self-compassion. This is more than just a break; it's an investment in your peace and resilience.

 

What to Expect During Your 5.5 Hours of Stillness:
Throughout the day, you will be gently guided through a variety of proven mindfulness practices in a supportive and nurturing environment. Our retreat is designed to be fully accessible to all, regardless of your previous experience. Even beginner participants are wholeheartedly welcome.

The 5.5 hours will include a structured flow of specific, restorative activities, ensuring you leave feeling deeply grounded and refreshed:

  • Mindful Body Scan & Gentle Movement: Reconnecting with the physical body and releasing accumulated tension.

  • Periods of Guided Sitting Silence: Simple, guided meditation to anchor awareness and quiet the mental chatter.

  • Mindful Eating Practice: An opportunity to savor and appreciate a meal with full, non-judgmental attention.

  • Group Reflection and Sharing: Opportunities to connect with others in a safe way, though sharing is always optional.

Needless to say, all practices through out the day will be trauma-informed and will ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

 

🍽️ Nurturing Your Retreat Experience

During your 5.5 hours of stillness, we ensure you are well cared for. A simple, nourishing, vegetarian Indian lunch will be provided, integrated as a mindful eating practice. Additionally, hot beverages and light, healthy snacks will be available throughout the day to keep you grounded and sustained for your journey inward.
